Delano takes its name from the middle name of the 32nd U.S. president, whose portrait is proudly displayed in the bar. Architect Laurent Maugust reimagined this 1930s building in the Carré d’Or, blending Art Deco elegance with modern touches, particularly in the lighting. “I think about flavors and combinations, testing them first in the kitchen,” Paco explains.
